About the Opportunity

UnitingCare Community has an excellent opportunity for full time Case Workers to join their Brisbane based Disability Services team.

In these roles, you'll plan and coordinate the provision of appropriate services to ensure positive outcomes for service users, in areas such as community inclusion, skills building, independence, social networks and making informed choices.

UnitingCare Community is seeking candidates with the demonstrated ability to develop, implement and review processes and systems aimed at providing quality client focused services. In addition, you'll need project management experience, including the ability to prioritise and make sound judgements, coupled with experience in managing budgets and advocating financial solutions.
