Right now we're looking for an experienced Custome r Service Officer to join our friendly team based in Scoresby.


Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader you will work as part of a friendly, energetic, customer service team. You will be responsible for providing a first class service for technical faults and breakdowns.


Additionally, you will be responsible for:  

  • Handling inquiries via inbound telephone calls and strive for a first point of call resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Arranging for tradesmen to attend various sites to complete repairs on electrical equipment when required
  • Follow up outstanding calls to ensure total customer satisfaction is achieved and all sales opportunities are realised


The key to success in this role will be your previous customer service experience ideally within the electrical industry, coupled with your confident and outgoing personality. You are results driven, with a can do attitude, which together will assist you in being successful in your role! You are passionate about customer service and ideally have experience within a technical / electrical customer service role.
