Customer Service Representative-Keysborough

Our client is a leading automotive manufacturer; that designs, manufacturers and supplies high quality products and services to its customers in the automotive and associated industries. Currently they are seeking a professional, energetic and hardworking individual to join their vibrant team.

The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be clear and concise in their ability to pass information on to a board range of stakeholders including consumers, retailers, dealers, suppliers and internal staff.

Responsibilities will include-
• Inbound telephone, email & fax request from customers
• Receive customer complaints and claims on warranties
• Investigate stock errors and credits
• Clearly and articulately explain technical procedures over the phone 
• Accurate data entry
The successful applicant will possess:
• Experience in Customer Service
• Well developed problem solving and analytical skills
• Prior experience working with a specialist product
• Experience in automotive manufacturing industry or knowledge of roof racks and/or tow bars would be an advantage
• Possess intermediate computer skills


• Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems would be an advantage
Ideally you will have a keen interest in the automotive industry or have worked in a similar position previously, excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build relationships and deliver first class customer service to valued customers.
