Senior Electrical Designer- Perm role , based in Bris CBD, excellent package

Working with a well respected market leader with a worldwide reputation for quality performance, our client is currently experiencing extraordinary business levels as a result of their long-term strategic planning coming to execution. With a number of projects on the books, the variety of work on offer here is beyond belief. As a result of their strategic planning they are on the lookout for Senior Electrical Designer to join their team of professionals. This position is offered as a Permanent role, you will be paid an excellent remuneration package.

As a key member of this highly skilled team, you have a key focus on preparing engineering models, drawings and documentation.  You will also be responsible for ensuring checking procedures are in place to prevent errors in design, and guarantee project scope and schedules for design and drafting work is effectively met on the project. Excellent rates are on offer, coupled with the potential for additional work beyond the term of the contract.

Qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Eligible to work in Australia
  • Previous Oil & Gas experience.
  • AutoCAD & Microstation experience is essential
  • Experience with 3D modeling is highly regarded
  • SmartPlant experience will be highly regard
  • Minimum of 10 years electrical design experience
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
