What you will be doing:  

As our Candidate Manager you will be working alongside the Victorian State Manager to fill exclusive, PSA and executive roles. You will be focused on sourcing, screening and interviewing Sales and Executive candidates for the State Manager's clients and accounts. Longer term you will be tasked with organically growing these accounts and managing them directly to ensure maximum account penetration.  Additionally you will be responsible for creating and implementing talent attraction strategies as well as talent pools.

  • Experience as a Resourcer, Candidate Manager, HR or Recruitment Consultant
  • Drive and initiative to do whatever it takes to get the job done
  • Corporate presentation & verbal communication
  • Ability to establish rapport and credibility with C-level candidates and contacts
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Outstanding creative writing skills
  • The desire to learn and be the best you can be

You will be highly regarded if you also have:

  • Recruitment experience – ideally permanent
  • Headhunting experience
  • Social media skills (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Experience creating talent pools or candidate attraction strategies
