OHS Advisor

This leading global organisation within the retail industry, invest heavily in their employees and customer needs. They now require an OHS advisor to work closely with the senior OHS manager to develop and manage OHS tools and procedures.

Working closely with the human resources team you will identify areas for improvement and will focus and prioritise, develop programs, provide training and assist the operation teams to implement them. You will play a pivotal role in implementing and developing risk management within the organisation. You will also provide locations and senior management compliance information for federal, state, local health/environmental regulations regarding equipment, facilities, and unsafe behaviours.

Having worked in the retail environment, you will be a solid OHS advisor who has extensive experience within risk assessment. You will have completed graduate study towards a risk, safety or related field qualification. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Strong analytical skills, with ability to understand business objectives.
