One of the world's most recognisable household names has an opportunity for an ambitious HR Officer to join their team based in the Bankstown region. Reporting into a senior HR leader, this role works as a part of a close-knit and supportive team and will have a strong bias on HR analytical work. My client is experiencing a significant period of growth and change in the Australian market and this is reflected on the demands on the HR team. As such, the HR Officer will need to demonstrate flexibility and drive to support the business at this exciting time. This role is initially to be offer on a 12 month fixed-term contract with the intention of becoming a permanent position.
HR analytical work is a key component of this role and you will take responsibility for headcount reporting and maintenance of the org charts using Visio. You will work closely with the outsourced payroll provider to maintain the quality of the data and report on key metrics associated with this. Generalist HR responsibilities will also fall to you with involvement in performance management, assistance in ER case management, on-boarding of employees and some recruitment co-ordination duties. The team environment is exceptionally fast-paced and you must be willing to roll your sleeves up and assist on projects and demands on the team as required - the opportunity to learn and develop your HR skill-set is limitless!
Ideally you will have or be studying towards HR tertiary qualifications with solid experience in a similar HR co-ordination or junior analyst role. Visio and HR SAP experience is advantageous however a flexible and motivated attitude is essential.
