Operations Manager –Project

This leading International iconic brand with a strong presence Worldwide needs an experienced Operations and supply chain professional to lead the integration of several new business units and operation facilities.

Reporting to the CEO you will be managing the integration and assimilation of several highly performing production, operational and distribution facilities


• Extensive Logistics Operations Management experience in a large SKU environment. You will need to be able to demonstrate that you can deliver operational change while delivering ‘day to day” outcomes.
• Ability to operate in fast paced and ever changing environments, with high levels of change delivered fast.
• Commercial acumen and ability to manage a large workforce.
• Strong ability to influence operational teams highly developed interpersonal skills and an ability to engage successfully at all operational levels.
• Ability to lead, manage and support change.
• Experience in leading operational change projects would be highly desirable, especially operational migration systems implementation and warehouse integration
• A tertiary qualification in a business related discipline would also be highly advantageous.
• Analysing site work flow and developing and implementing continuous improvement to ensure site best practice.

You have a track record of project managing change and establishing assembly and distribution processes and an ability to manage the day to day operational performance of such functions. Ideally from a warehousing or distribution background in the fast moving large number SKU industries you will be a first class communicator and have managed large and diverse teams; driving industry best practice across the group.
