This strata management role entails all aspects of strata management including liaison with body corporate and owners, organising repairs and maintenance, budget setting and reporting, strata meetings, etc.

We are seeking an experienced Strata Manager with proven experience in a similar role. You will possess a strong and thorough knowledge of the Strata Act, have outstanding problem solving capabilities, be highly organized with excellent attention to detail and hold a Certificate of Registration, Strata Certificate or Real Estate Licence.
