An ambitious Facilities Coordinator is needed to join a market leader in the provision of outsourced corporate real estate and facilities management services to a broad range of government and public sector clients.
As one of the largest privately owned property agencies, they require a Facilities Coordinator to manage two commercial properties in Canberra's CBD.You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations and maintenance of the sites whilst being supported by senior managers.
Other duties will include inducting and overseeing contractors, managing the paperwork flow from OH&S, invoicing to general administration and stakeholder management.
Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager you have the ability to engage and negotiate a variety of stakeholders and develop strong relationships with owners, tenants and contractors. To be successful for this role you will have proven experience within the industry or be trade qualified in electrical or HVAC.
